The Fiscal Cliff and Its Impact: Explained.

Fiscal Cliff:  It is defined as the fast-approaching point (January 1, 2013) where we shall collectively experience a free-fall that will bring us all back down to Earth!  It is the fiscal equivalent of "Clifford the Big Red Dog" where all the big dogs on the Wall Street will see their financial reports overwhelmingly immersed in "red" (a term that is used to describe fiscal losses).

Impact: The impact shall be a high velocity splatter on the ground. Except that this particular splatter, being fiscal in nature, will be all green.  The green matter splattered all over the place will be sucked up by the folks who shall land safely soon after - aka the savvy Golden Parachute toters of the 2008 fiscal debacle.
